Pretty good

For a highly unoriginal game, this wasn't bad. The graphics were solid as were the sound effects. The interface was very good as was the design. The game was easy to play, but it really wasn't that addictive. And since all the highscore servers are hacked it's really no fun in trying to get your name on the highscores either.

[Extreme Tic-Tac-Toe]

What is so extreme?

I don't really know why this game is called "Extreme" Tic-Tac Toe, because thats just what it was, a normal game of Tic-Tac-Toe. I didn't see anything too extreme about it. The graphics were good and the cute little furry guy was a nice touch, but it could use some funky background music.

Good

This was a good tutorial and it had excellent graphics and sound, but honestly, it's nothing new. This information can be found in countless tutorials all over NG. The text was also very small and hard to read.

[MS03: Musical Skears]

Pretty good

Still this game was kind of short, but it is quite challenging to get the extra stage. Seemed like no matter how hard I tried I can't get the target score for the second level. Nice music and sound effects. Could have used a little more challenge in beating the normal levels, they were way too easy just to beat.

[MS02: The Second Coming]

Not bad

It's only four levels so its really easy to beat, and none of the levels are really that challenging. Not nearly the best skears game. It needed some more levels and some more challenge.

Elaboration and maybe a little bit about your experience (obviously you didn't get the targets...) would have further improved the review.

[MS04: Encapsulated]

Challenging

Wow, this one was really hard, I had trouble getting past the fourth level, this is a great one for people looking for a challenge. Finally you added some good background music, nice choice. I liked the intro and level designs. Now I know why its called "Encapsulated". Nice job.

Again your review lack any real criticisms/suggestions though.

It's useful to know you "had trouble getting past the fourth level" and that you considered the bgm a "nice choice". (Though I'd point out I composed it, so it was a creation rather than a choice.)

Also useful to know is that you "liked the intro and level designs".

But some criticism/suggestions would give me more to work on and be even more useful. Even just one.

Praise, criticise, summarise. I consider that the minimum for a decent review.

[Skears 2 (v0.36)]

Best Skears game yet

So far, this is my favorite skears game. I liked the many new features in this one like holding down the mouse as protection and teleporting skears. That added a whole new depth to the game and made for new strategies. I really liked the tutorial levels and I actually beat this one all the way through. It was pretty challenging and fun to play, but could use some funky music to go with it. Nice job.

[MS01: Mini Skears]

Not bad

I like the Skears game, but this one was too short. Only three levels and the extra one if you can get it which seems incredibly hard(I couldn't do it). I liked the new scoring system on it though, that was cool and added some replay value to the game. The "What FC" button was also a little weird and hard to find a place to click. Other than that not a bad game.

Your criticisms seem to generally be nicely thought out, which is nice.

You do, however, seem to ignore the fact that this is intentionally short.

Also, maybe even more comments would be nice. Any specific feedback on levels, did you like any particular one, etc.

[Skears DX]

Aggrivating, but addicting

This game graphically looked much better than the other skear games. I liked the bigger screen size and I think it was a lot more challenging, especially the last level which was incredibly agrivating, but still fun to play. I still can't beat it, but I'd say you created a very good series of games off of this skear thing. Nice job.

[letters (demo)]

Pretty good

I say this game was pretty good...for a game where all you have to do is punch letters. I didn't like your choice of text though because for a few letters I had to think for a second what letter of the alphabet it was. The game was pretty challenging and took a little getting used to, but you added a lot of variables into this game that aren't in many other games like this one. Probably one of the best of this type.
