[Halo Quiz Game]

Useless.

This is pretty darn useless if you ask me. The graphics were just plain terrible. This quiz has a hard layout that isn't particularly fun to look at. The sound was really bad and the questions were just plain stupid. Half of them made no sense or had gramatical errors. The resulst screen just looked stupid also. You need to work on the layout a lot and just make better questions. Particularly ones that can actually be answered right or wrong. And by the way, the replay button does not work if you click on the arrow.

Yeah, I like the advice and critique, even though its very unlikely I'll make another quiz game.

Yeah, it is useless. But its supposed to be entertaining, and no utilitarian. Hmmm, I can't see how the layout is "hard". It seemed pretty straightforward.

The questions are kind of "stupid", but its not supposed to be serious. And yeah, I guess the results screen didn't look that good. The aesthetics weren't the best.

Hmmm, as with the questions being answered right and wrong, that's a whole diffrent kind of product. What I have here is a quiz that focuses on abstract concepts rather than a right/wrong trivia quiz. So I could change it to be something you'd prefer, but someone else might find the right/wrong quiz too dull. See what I'm saying?

Yes, the replay button has flawed hitbox, but it works if you hit it on the arrow.

[Flip8 Redux: an emulator]

I'm not impressed.

Unfortunately for you, my friend, quantity does not mean quality. When I saw this described as an emulator loaded with 70+ roms, I was excited to play it and find out what it was, but this was just disappointing. Most of the games are really slow paced and just boring. Most of the games aren't fun to play and have stupid concepts, and some of them weren't even playable. I applaud you for using mostly original games, but they were just stupid.

You do realize that you are describing the system I am emulating, and not the emulator itself? The games I'm including are all that is currently known for it. I'll gladly add more if somebody makes them.

A good game.

While I think that games like this one have been on NG too much, I still opted to save it. I think it was a good game with solid game play. The graphics were pretty good, though I didn't really like the picture in the background. It was nice how you actually had a character in this game instead of just a dot like most games of this type. The music was good and the controls were easy. The level designs were pretty challenging and there was a good number of them. Nice job.

Gravoor 1 was the first of its kind (not the first mouse maze thing, first one with something following the mouse though). So i have the right to make games like this without people calling me unoriginal

Very fun game!

It is my belief that in most cases, the simpler the game is in flash, the better it is. Games like this only bolster that claim. This game is very simplistic, but it is still quite fun, addictive, and takes skill at the same time. This game is a very good idea, and has just enough mechanics to make the game fun, but not too much to make it take a long time to learn. The graphics were pretty darn good, very nice animation and backgrounds. The sound effects were very good and well placed. The controls were very good and easy to get a hang of. Overall, this game is very fun to play and very addictive.

Not good at all.

In order for a scene creator to be good, it must have multiple backgrounds, multiple sheets of sprites, and good music. This one had none of these. The background you had was a good choice, but it was very small and didn't allow for much creativity. There was only one sheet of sprites, which were of only a few characters and also didn't let you be very creative. The music...next time pick something that is relevant to the game instead of some random song that you find interesting.

Nice.

I found this game very fun to play. The monster and level designs were very well designed and drawn in flash. I liked the whole menu thing where you chose levels. One thing I found I didn't like about this game was that sometimes the diamond was out of reach since it is randomly placed. There are lots of traps and surprises throughout, nice job.

Uhh...

I ran out of ammo and couldn't reload. Would be a lot better if I could reload. Graphics weren't bad, but they were a little unprofessional. Sounds were lack luster. Could use some subtle background music. Game really isn't that fun.

Hooray, it's simon...Congratulations, you can copy a game that's already been made. The graphics were very well done, but that is about all that I found really impressive. I liked the bonuses. The buttons flashed too slow in my opinion. Not really a fan of unoriginal games.

Good

This game really tested my SNES knowledge. I was surprised to find so many questions that I didn't know. The graphics were nice for the most part, however, some of the pictures were pretty hard to see, especially the ones where you would ask us to name the device. The music was very good, and I liked how there was multiple choices for music. I found a few errors in the quiz though. In the Demoncrest questions, fang talisman is listed twice in the answers. And also in one of the screenshot questions where the answer is Super Bomberman, it says that I am wrong and then tells me the answer is Super Bomberman even though that's what I chose. The quiz was pretty darn long...I think a little too long, and I got bored with it towards the halfway point.

Really glad you had fun playing it, it was fun to make. The Demon Crest Question has "Fang" twice on purpose, just to phase some people out. Also the Super Bomberman question is fixed. Tell your friends to take it and see if they can beat your score.
