I can't say I really get this one at all. It moved way too slowly, which was pretty annoying, especially since there was really nothing that happened throughout. Animation was sub-par and the humor just wasn't there.

This was pretty terrible. I hope you don't plan on playing this before every episode of the series. There are several things wrong with it. You can barely hear the first half of the "lyrics", which are really just you talking. The background music sounds like you recorded with with a really bad microphone because you couldn't figure out how to import audio in to Flash. Animation was poor, as were the drawings. Needs lots of work.
Wow, what a terrible review. Obviously it's going to be in every episode. If you can't hear it then turn up your speakers. And I do know how to import audio into flash, or else I wouldn't have been able to make this. The quality of your mike has nothing to do with being able to import audio, plus the mike I used was professional.

Not much to say about this movie. It wasted ten seconds of my life, which is what you were attempting to do I suppose. Congrats on that. It was decently animated at least as well. And the random text at the end made it feel like a clock day submission.
Yeah thanks

Oooh... I quite liked this. I never actually knew what the reason and origin of Ban Day were, but this explained it quite well, and it's good information to know when you are watching these. So it wasn't incredibly funny, but you did have a few random jokes in there, so overall, about the best you can do when half-assing your submission :)

Heh, this was interesting. It had some funny similarities to the Exorcist, but with a bit more humor. I wish I knew who Glorton was though... no idea at the moment. I also thought the flying spoon guy at the end was funny in its randomness. Quick, and enjoyable, though the filesize seems a bit much.
The large glowing object Toad was holding is called the "Key of Glorton" :)
and thanks for the review.

Well done overall. You were very careful with the sound effects. They were very clear and... I guess detailed. Or at least very well placed and comprehensive. The animation looked a little strange at times. Almost like the guy was a puppet or something. Not sure if that's what you were going for, but it looked a little odd to me. I thought the ending was good though. The sudden mix of color emphasized the violence, and the guy randomly shooting himself was quite unexpected. Nice job.
Yeh it gets kinda dodgy sometimes with the joints and everything.
But people mostly complained about the sounds tho xD
So this is new. But thanks for the nice review and all that jazz ^^

This movie was very well done in just about every aspect, and seeing how this is only your 5th solo movie, that is quite impressive. Your choices of music were very good and appropriate for the scenes. The storyline was also quite good and had a message that is relateable for the audience. Seems like the graphics were slightly fuzzy at some parts though, I guess due to filesize limits.
Overall a great movie, good luck in the future!
thanks!

I've never actually watched any of the original Shape N' Shape submissions, so this is all new to me. I have to say that it wasn't much more than I expected it to be. The content was really hit or miss. Sometimes it was rather funny, but sometimes not. And since this series really depends completely on dialogue, since there is no animation or artwork, you're kind of putting all of your eggs in one basket.
Though not a great collab by any means, it is a part of NG history I suppose, so I commend you for putting all of this together.

Thanks for the review, Mr. Milinko.
The content is purely judgmental, I can't disagree with that. We tried to imitate and mock the shape fad at the same time throughout this collab, so I suppose you received two different takes on what the shape popularity was about.
Dialogue was an important feature in the flash, so I appreciate you talking about it and helping all the users who participated in the collab improve. Thanks again for the swell review!
