[White Lines]

No surprise

I am still stymied by how the heck you make your graphics like you do. They are really unique and quite interesting. The music was mildly entertaining as well.

Well, I don't see the point in this movie. It's just a bunch of pictures on a television screen. Not really a movie, no real plot, characters, or really anything at all that characterizes a real movie. But it is from BBQBeef, so what should I have expected?

Nice graphics, but I wouldn't even really call this an entertaining piece.

I've never seen a movie done quite like this and I really like how well this was done. The movements were done so that they looked realistic in most parts, and there were very few parts where the tricks just looked like crap. The music was pretty good, and I found this to be quite humorous. Nice job.

I would have made a menu with a scene selection so that to view any one part someone doesn't have to watch the whole movie.

Overall an unique piece on NG with a good amount of entertainment.

Thanks for the good review!

I was going for something new than cartoon animations, so I went with stopmotion. I tried to go as realistic as I could trying to do small movements in each frame, but it got pretty hard keeping still for a few minutes. And you found it humourous? Then my job is done.
Thats a good idea too. I may make a 'Stopmotion Fun 2!', so I will probably add a menu there. Thanks for the idea.

One of the better FBF movies I've seen

I've seen my fair share of FBF movies on Newgrounds, however many of them are not synced with the music. This one however, was synced very keenly with the music, which was a nice exciting tune for a FBF movie. The movements were very smooth and you have a good variety of animation types in this.

^^Needs Improving^^
I would have liked to see some more real objects in this rather than just lines. Transforming real life objects is alway cool looking in this type of movie.

Overall one of the best FBF movies I've seen, but not without its flaws.

Your right. I should of added shapes and stuff instead of just lines. It could of got repetitive very easily.
The moment I heard the song though, I knew I had to make something out of it. It was hard work being such a long song, but I manged to do it.

Well, the graphics weren't very good at all. The animations were too...solid. What I mean is that when people moved, very rarely did anything besides their whole being move, which looks pretty crappy. The music was a pretty dull, I thought it was going to be Smashing Pumpkins :(

As you said, this isn't a very good show of your talent.

I tried to go with the song like you said I did. But I guess I went weak on the graphics. This was my first movie without using stick figures, so you cant really blame me. With the song, I just thought it would go with the style of the movie.

Like basically everyone has said already, this is a good first movie. The song is a good one, and the storyline of the movie went right along with the song.

The graphics were not too good. You didn't use shading at all, and you rarely used and 3D effects in this. Parts of this, like when he "faded into bed" just show that either you were being lazy or just a lack of animating talent by not making the character actually get into bed.

For a first movie, this should be a good learning experience on how to improve.

The thing I liked most about this was the song. It was a really cool song with tempo changes throughout and overall is a good song to make a good storyline out of, which is exactly what you did. The drawings and animations that went on during the movie went right along with the lyrics of the song, and I'm glad that you made the movie look as though the main character was singing the lyrics. I also liked how you didn't cut the song short and only do some of it, since this is a pretty long song.

The drawings weren't too bad, but the animations were a little weird in some spots. Like when the guy is moving his arms they look really strange. I'd say that the graphics aren't bad, but they are what needs most improving.

Overall, a good concept, song, and storyline, but could use some graphical tweaking.

The moment I heard this song, I was in love. I just kept listening to it over and over until I just finally got a story in my head. It was hard though because the lyrics swtich to drunkness to women to drunkness again. I guess I can say the graphics are better than my previous movies seeing as I actually started to shade in this one. And I never EVER cut the song short. It sometimes sounds wierd.

I agree with your bad points though. I made a moving arm because I thought it would look more real, but I guess it didn't..

It seems as though you put some effort into this. The sprites were well animated and the movements looked somewhat realistic, good for what can be done with Mario sprites. The sound effects were right on queue and sounded great. I liked the different music used as well. This flash just feels good to watch because there isn't any obvious errors.

This idea is really overdone, I see stuff like this all the time in the portal. It wasn't too exciting and nothing really out of the ordinary happened. Next time make something with a more original storyline.

I liked the animation in this. The way the camera angles changed, the movement of items looked very realistic, like when the camera moved down the lines of troops. The fighting scenes were pretty cool and this was a very creative movie. Nice job.

I don't like the whole, no coloring and pretty simplistic drawings thing. I think you could have done this a lot better if you had put some coloring and some more shape to it.

As with the last episode, there really isn't a whole lot of positive things I can say. The futuristic idea is a start though.

The storylines are pretty stupid and boring. I found myself bored to death through most of it, since very little animation goes on, and the storyline seems to just go along with the sound clips that you found, which aren't necessarily correlated with each other.

The whole stick figure thing looks really crappy, as do most of the drawings in this. The sound effects and music used in this were just plain annoying and this is the worst part about this movie. The sound effects weren't very well edited and most had some weird noise in the back. The music was a terrible choice and sounds just cut off out of no where which sounds really awkward.
