Well made, but not very exciting.

The best part about this movie was the graphics. Though you used stick figures, you animated the board well and the body movements of the stick skater were realistic. The sound effects were very clear and were right on cue with the animations in the movie. I liked the text style and coloring you used in the menu and throughout the movie.

^^Needs Improving^^
I was expecting this to be a little more exciting. You didn't really animate any tricks that, atleast to me, were very exciting. Also, the far away camera view doesn't help the situation out. From seeing this, I think you definitely have the talent to change the camera angle and animate some more interesting tricks.

This movie has some good graphics and sounds, but is a tad boring.

The graphics were this movie's strongest points. Your animating wasn't half bad and I liked the text you used. It is easy to read and easy to see what character is speaking. The idea of putting Mario into a Matrix type environments is a pretty good one.

^^Needs Improving^^
This movie moved way too fast. You seemed to combine about an hour of the movie into two minutes, which in this case didn't work out very well. Work on each scene longer and either release them separately or as a longer movie. This movie also could use some music and more sound effects, possibly voice overs if you play them right.

A good attempt and a good concept, but poorly executed.

I've never seen a movie done quite like this and I really like how well this was done. The movements were done so that they looked realistic in most parts, and there were very few parts where the tricks just looked like crap. The music was pretty good, and I found this to be quite humorous. Nice job.

I would have made a menu with a scene selection so that to view any one part someone doesn't have to watch the whole movie.

Overall an unique piece on NG with a good amount of entertainment.

Thanks for the good review!

I was going for something new than cartoon animations, so I went with stopmotion. I tried to go as realistic as I could trying to do small movements in each frame, but it got pretty hard keeping still for a few minutes. And you found it humourous? Then my job is done.
Thats a good idea too. I may make a 'Stopmotion Fun 2!', so I will probably add a menu there. Thanks for the idea.

Well, the graphics weren't very good at all. The animations were too...solid. What I mean is that when people moved, very rarely did anything besides their whole being move, which looks pretty crappy. The music was a pretty dull, I thought it was going to be Smashing Pumpkins :(

As you said, this isn't a very good show of your talent.

I tried to go with the song like you said I did. But I guess I went weak on the graphics. This was my first movie without using stick figures, so you cant really blame me. With the song, I just thought it would go with the style of the movie.
